From my first conversation with the owner till the departure from Kashmir she was available whenever I messaged her. Day by day itinerary was very well explained. On the first day we stayed in a house boat. The hotel where we stayed was also very good. Also we got an excellent driver who was very cooperative and explained all the importance of each places .
