Terms & Conditions
The tour mentioned above is operated by Lisabeth Holidays . When a booking is made , which is accepted by us , it constitutes a contract between you and Lisabeth Holidays and all bookings are taken on the basis that you accept these terms and conditions .
Normal Check in 12 noon/2 pm and Check out Timing of the hotel will be 11 am /12 noon it may be change depending on hotel. Above rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned. The room category considered for the calculation is the base category if not mentioned otherwise.
• We will not go ahead with any change of hotels or tour plan without your permission and consent.
• We have our own professional mechanism to check the quality of hotels in each category. Even though we suggest you to check websites, reviews, features &location of hotels menti oned to make sure it is as per your expectations before confirming.
• We don’t have any hidden charges except your lunch, dinner cost (in houseboat all meals are included in the rate) & personal expenses. During the journey if someone asks for extra money for any of the services included in the package, you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our permission.
• Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy .
• For extra persons, if included in the tour cost, we will be providing extra mattresses only.
• Dedicated cab will be provided for the entire tour as mentioned in the itinerary . The cab drivers name and number will be send to you one day prior to the trip date.
• Cab will be arranged from Cochin (Garage to Garage )
• Trip is as per our itinerary given and not on disposal (point to point basis as per sightseeing points and not on kms basis or time limit per day basis.
• AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas
• You can use the vehicle for your entire trip as per the itinerary the vehicle & driver will be with you from 8 am to 7 pm. If you would like to have the service of the driver before 8 am or after 8 pm except arrival and departure day there will be a night allowance for the driver and same to be paid by the guest directly .
• Also note that video &audio systems are prohibited in commercial vehicles as per law and we do not guarantee those facilities.
• We cannot accept any amendment or cancellation for running packages and no refund will be provided in those cases.
• If time permits you can cover all the sight seeing places which is mentioned in the itinerary .
• We are providing Ac Rooms in all hotels except Munnar and Thekkady (hill station)
• Customer should coordinate their last day drop with their driver as per their train/bus/flight timing
• If you are not provided with any service which we are agreed upon, kindly call us immediately so that we can rectify it and if not informed in time, refund will not be possible at a later stage.
• The company is in no way responsible and will not take any liability for any damage, loss, injury, accident, death, delay or break down caused during the tour. In the event of a passenger falling ill/ or meeting with an accident, all hospital expenses or any other charges incurred as a direct or indirect result of his/ her illness/ accident are the sole responsibility of the passenger. Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or change in train/ flight/bus/ship or other services. Additional expenses caused due to bad weather, strikes, war or any other cause whatsoever all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger.
Note: We are travel organizers only . We do not control or operate any Airline , neither do we own or control any shipping company , coach or coach company ,hotel ,transport or any other facility or service mentioned above . We take atmost care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday , but because we only select and inspect them and have no other control in the running of them , we cannot be held responsible for any injury ,death ,loss or damage , or deficiency in services which is caused by the act of management or employees of an independent contractor arising outside our normal selection and inspection process .
