Please note the below details: –
1. Having a local Thai number of your own will help us to assist you better for your trip here in Thailand. In case you could not avail one at the airport – please contact our GSO / Guides who would assist you to get one. Top-ups / Recharge coupons can be availed at convenient stores – Family Marts and 7 / 11 s (Open 24 hours)
2. Carry your Confirmation Voucher/ Itinerary always in Printed format. If you do not have a copy please do inform us and we shall arrange the same through our guides / operational staff / hotel.
3. TRANSPORTATION: –
• SIC: SEAT IN COACH/JOIN TOUR/HOP ON TOUR
• PVT: PRIVATE (PRIVATE DOES NOT MEAN AT DISPOSAL)
• Lisabeth Holidays Reserves all the right to amend the tour itinerary which is confirmed on SIC basis due to uncertain reasons of weather/ traffic etc.
• For all tours & transfer based on SIC (Seat In Coach). All our guests are expected to be ready at the hotel lobby at the given time in the itinerary. In case there is change in pick up timing our GSO will inform in advance. For SIC pick-ups need your cooperation as the pick-up timing will be influenced by the traffic, weather, pace of tourists from other hotels and/or any unforeseen reason.
• For tours and transfer on PVT. Please be ready at the hotel lobby at the mentioned time.
• We will ensure to assign guest-friendly and polite people to drive you around in Thailand. As you know Thailand is not an English-speaking nation. Wherever possible we will assign drivers who can handle basic English. However, our 24/7 availability over phone to assist you will help you have a smooth travel here.
• As per law wearing seat belts are compulsory for all travellers.
• FOOD AND DRINK ARE NOT ALLOWED IN VEHICLES.
• SMOKING AND DRINKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
4. STOP-OVERS FOR MEALS/ SHOPPING/ ETC– As it is a package tour, all transfer for tours and intercity movements are on a point to point basis. A charge of THB 200 for car / THB 300 for van per stop (max 1 hr) will apply and the same is payable directly to the driver.
5. Any un-utilized service such as meals, sightseeing, or visits are non-refundable.
6. AMENDMENTS/CHECKING OF PICKUP TIME: To check pickup time or amendments of transfers and tour date please call our Guest Service Officer (GSO)– at least one day before schedule.
7. VALUABLES – Kindly keep in your safe custody all your valuables – Passport / Cash / Jewellery / Electronics / etc always.
8. AT YOUR HOTEL – All hotel bookings are pre-done by our reservation team.
• Check-in/out timings – Standard check-in time: 14:00 hrs – 15:00 hrs / Standard check-out time: 12:00 hrs. Any delays in check-out will be charged and should be paid directly to the hotel.
• Room deposit – Most of the hotels would require the guest to make a deposit to guarantee the stay at the hotel. Deposit starts from THB 1000 per room. Most hotels accept any currency however they will decide on the exchange rate. Higher category hotels also provide options to block credit card. The deposit shall be refunded upon check-out if the hotel housekeeping reconfirms safe check out to reception.
• Hotel amenities should be taken proper care. Any damage to any amenities will charged directly you by the hotel. The same need to be settled before checking out.
9. FOOD – Meals included in the package has a standard menu and the same shall be served as per the inclusions in your package. Any additional requirements like South Indian menu / Thai menu / Chinese menu / Vegetarian menu / Non-veg additions shall be done at a charge. We shall accommodate whatever we can do at free of cost.
• Any Ala Carte food order should be paid directly to the restaurant.
• Meals without transfers shall be assigned in Indian Restaurant walkable from your hotel, whichever serves Buffet meals. The restaurant location shall be communicated by our Guides/GSO.
10. WHEN YOU VISIT ISLANDS:
Government National park fees are to be paid directly by the guest on tour in Thai Baht (no other currency accepted). Fees range from THB 300 – 500 depending on the park.

• Pattaya Coral island – It’s one of the most visited and busiest island in Thailand which offers tourists with many options for water sports. Hence it is crowded. There are chances of delays and waiting. This is to ensure your safety. Kindly cooperate.
11. Safari world and marine park – All our guests are recommended to leave the Marine Park around 3.00 pm to have enough time to visit the Safari World as it closes by 4.30 pm. By leaving Safari world around 4.00 you can be back to the hotel before the traffic shoots up, to enjoy your evening with your family and friends.
12. Temple tour / Grand Palace – Due to certain customs and ceremonies some temples might be closed without prior intimation.
Dress code for temples: –
• Please avoid the below:
o Shorts, mini-skirts, short skirts, as well as tights cannot be worn as outer garments. Quarter length trousers
o Tight fitting trousers like leggings
o No hole in any part of jeans, skirts, pants and trousers.
o See-through shirts and blouses
o Sleeveless shirts or vests.
o Sportswear
o Sweatshirts and sweatpants, windcheaters, pyjamas and fisherman trousers.
• We suggest using the below: –
o Sandals or flip-flops are allowed (polite design please). We suggest wearing shoes, which are comfortable for walking, and are easy to be worn and taken off.
o Long skirts lower than your knees
o T-shirts
o Long Trousers
o Keep in mind that if you are visiting during a festival; there will be a lot of people. The royal staffs try their best to keep an eye on your shoes; however, there have been instances where shoes were stolen.
• Do’s and Don’ts at the Temples / Palaces
o You need to take your shoes off before entering some buildings, but you don’t need to take your socks off. If you consider yourself “hygienic”, wear socks with you to avoid walking bare foot, but it can be slippery.
o Take your hat off and fold your umbrella before entering the building, chapel etc.
o If there are signs saying, “No photo and Video” or similar in some buildings.
o Do not touch anything protected especially when there are signs saying, “Do not touch” or similar.
o Do not smoke in the places where “No smoking” signs are shown.
o Do not shout or talk loud, it is considered impolite.
o Women are not allowed to touch the monks, but you can take pictures with the monks.
o Do not sit or climb or stand on any stupas. This is considered disrespectful as there are ashes of people inside.
o Do not make any rude gestures to Buddha statue or try to make fun with Buddha. It’s considered insulting.
o Do not use your foot to point out anything.
o Do not litter. Drop your rubbish in the trash bin only
13. Optional Tours
• Guest can buy optional tours from Magi Holidays – licensed Guides / Representatives approved through your agents.
• Rates for optional tours provided by the agent should be confirmed before arrival – any tours purchased after arrival will incur direct walk-in rates applicable through guides or representatives.
• We don’t encourage our guests to buy optional tours from local vendors or local guides which are not associated with Magi Holidays Thailand – as we won’t be responsible for any payments given directly, risks/accidents or mishaps occurring using their services.
14. Drug / Immoral trafficking
• Thailand prohibits the use of all types of narcotic drugs. Magi Holidays is not responsible for any personal misuse or drug transfer, as well as any offensive malpractice on the part of its guests
• Lisabeth Holidays is not responsible for any immoral trafficking activities that offend governmental tourism policies.

. The quoted hotel options are currently not reserved. To proceed to the final confirmation stage, please ensure room availability with us. In the event that the best-quoted options are unavailable, alternative options may be offered with potential rate changes.
. Each quote provided is based on the number of passengers (both adults and children). Any changes to the number of passengers will result in corresponding changes in the per-passenger rates quoted.
. Refunds or exchanges for unused accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport, or other services included in the tour prices will be subject to the cancellation policies followed by our vendor partners. Generally, a zero-refund policy will apply.
. Please note that the provided rates are net and non-commissionable.
. If any additional services or changes not mentioned in the itinerary are required, extra charges may apply. Similarly, changes specified during a free day may also incur additional charges.
. The package rates are based on daily forex counter updates. Significant fluctuations in exchange rates may lead to changes in the package rates.
. Please be advised that surcharges may apply during peak or festive seasons. The final dates for these surcharges will be confirmed by our office.
